We underwrite conservatively, deal honestly with partners, and would rather pass on an asset than stretch to make it work.

Acquisition Criteria

  • Value-Add and Core-Plus opportunities preferred

  • Mid-size, stable to growing metropolitan areas

  • Mature, supply-constrained suburban areas preferred

  • 1950s construction or newer

  • Conventional market-rate housing

  • Single family or Multi-family up to 16 units

  • Mid-Century Modern design preferred not required
